Angelique Neumann is an American study-abroad-veteran who has recently settled permanently in London. Her overstuffed carry-on is never complete without a journal, red lipstick and cat treats (really) in case she encounters any new furry friends. Her best advice comes from Joni Mitchell’s song Amelia, “people will tell you were they have gone, they’ll tell you where to go, but until you get there for yourself you never really know.” This refers to the experiential nature of both travel and life, and reminds her that both things are best on one’s own terms. Recently, she’s been on a Darjeeling kick.
